#5. Size. Toaster ovens are available in a variety of sizes. If all you want to make in your toaster oven is toast, then it is best getting a toaster as they are much smaller and inexpensive. However, if you want to be able to prepare a variety of foods, then you will want a bigger size toaster oven in order to get the work done.
